There's almost a different paradigm, different disciplines, different mindset as well among the workforce.

It's very typical for customers to expect the same logics and the same way of working with their human, but trap the human and bring in the machine.

And the reality is you need a bottom-up rethink on how you design your operation.

And looking ahead into the future, so say three or five years ahead, where do you see industrial robotics heading? And where should leaders like CEOs and COOs, what should they be thinking about now so as not to be left behind as everybody else moves forward?

Yeah, I think the way the industry is going, especially with physical AI, it's becoming less efficient.

So I think this isn't, it's not a very obvious thought to wrap yourself into if you're not exposed to the industry on a daily basis.

So I think Today, the companies that are bringing in this type of technology in-house have an advantage over the rest because their operations and their data are already being collected.

Customers that wait on implementing this in several years may lag behind in implementation later on.
