So it's a pretty dynamic area.

So what does Dematic do? It's an interesting conversation when you talk about what Domatic does.

If I want to explain it in the best words possible is anytime that you buy something online or anything, you buy something from a store, Domatic has the systems that actually replenish the store or replenish the DC that actually you pick your item from.

So we deal with warehouse automation, everything between the four walls and outside the four walls needed to fulfill your specific order as an end customer.

We're certainly gonna have retail we're still gonna have other forms to buy stuff, but This is going to be a big part of our world going forward

Yeah, it's interesting that you talk about that, especially about the education level.

I'm Dematic's ambassador typically for our larger trade shows for Promat and Modex, where we have the students walk around with MHI.

And I always say I want to at least make one student really contemplate getting into this business, not because it's not a good industry to get into.

I was working in Sydney at that time.

And I just applied for this job with Siemens Dematic.

They saw RF on my resume and just assumed that it was the RF guns in the warehouse.

So close.

Well, these are systems integrators.

So you know many of them already, but the Dematics, the Swiss Dogs, the Cardex of the world.

Right now we have about seven or eight recognized partners through which we work, not just regionally, but also globally.

Just to give you a few names, there's AWL in the Netherlands, there's Corber, there's Cardex, there's VLUK, et cetera.

All right, and Nick, how long have you been in the logistics business?

Well, so I have been with Dematic for...

All of my almost 20-year career at this point.

Oh, my God.

So as you're going through that kind of analysis internally of you've combined these two entities, you've got these two existing logistical infrastructures in place, and you have to decide where to take it next in response to those trends.

So talk us through, for the audience's sake, How do you decide what goes into deciding whether or not you're going to upgrade a facility versus maybe building a brand new facility greenfield? Like where are the puts and takes in that analysis?

Yeah, so, and that's a good point, right? So we, you know, I'll take our state, Louisiana, for example, where we recently did, where we did a project with Dematic.

You know, at the very beginning, we look at our, there in Louisiana, we had two DCs.

Ford has tens of millions of dollars that it can deploy to companies who specialize in this.

Companies like Honeywell, Dematic, Symbotic, Winwright.

These companies who specialize in engineering robotic solutions for a particular product.

In Ford's case, it would be an assembly line.
