25: Fauci's Fifth, Rosie's Revenge, and Carville's Exit

What's going on in the world? And then it confuses you with its

other days.

Well, Fauci has been in the news nonstop.

We saw him.

He was back on the Hill.

His Dear Diary moment has been out.

And Dana Bash interviewed RFK over the weekend.

And some would call it explosive.

The two of them were really going at each other.

Contentious.

Very contentious.

My question is in the contention of that debate where RFK is going at her about CNN's reporting and questioning the people back in 2020 and not pushing hard enough versus Dana Bash, who was trying to do the interview, but also pushing on measles and pushing back on RFK aggressively.

Who took the bait there?

RFK did.

I think that and I believe this about sports, too.

When you start bitching about the officiating, you're losing.

And when you start going, oh, you media, you guys didn't call it right in 2020.

It's like, OK, like, bro, that was six years ago.

B, if that's your answer to very legitimate questions and especially with the measles outbreak happening on your watch as HHS secretary.

In part because vaccinations are down in that category and we're seeing something surface that has been gone for a really long time.

That's a perfectly reasonable question to ask the sitting HHS secretary.

And if your answer is you guys got it wrong in 2020, let's relitigate everything that I don't like about what it's like.

You are the sports player complaining that you lost the game because the ref blew a call.

That guy's not a winner.

So I don't think that's what RFK was arguing.
