So these creators of these manufactured processed foods, they literally come up with chemicals that create an addiction.

Um, and they then have that in the food, so then you've got the, the children's palate compromised 'cause they're conditioned to this hyper-palatable processed food.

You're giving them natural stuff, and that weans them off this garbage, I guess, you know-

I guess it probably leads to a question about at what point did, in your opinion, did food become chemistry, if you believe this to be true-
... um, I-- but before I sort of mention the food pyramid, I think, um, sort of 1980s was really when the kind of packaged convenience foods, microwavable foods really kinda came to the fore.
And when you look at the rates of chronic disease and obesity, there was a definite shift in that, in that period.
So I'm not saying that was the only factor, but, um, when you put the two [chuckles] things, um, side by side, there's, there's some correlation there.
