So viewed under a microscope, healthy bone looks like a honeycomb, and when osteoporosis occurs, the holes and spaces in the honeycomb are much larger than in a healthy bone.

So if a healthy bone looks like a Crunchie-

Yep

... on the inside-

... they're, like, crunchy bones, and not because...

I mean, yeah, because they're less osteoporosis-y, but, um, crunchy is superior to Aero in every way in my mind.

But this week I came across a medical study on the topic, a legitimate medical study on the topic of Aeros and Crunchies and bones.

Mm.

Yes.

So my favorite favorites chocolate box analogy, instead of just buying a flake or a Cherry Ripe or a, what are they? A Crunchie.

I was gonna say Crumble.

Um, you buy a box of favorites instead, so you're buying a nice pre-mixed b- basket of shares instead of one individual company.
