To be welcoming to the podcast, the inimitable Laura Vanderkam, time management expert extraordinaire.
I'll tell you a little bio, but I'm sure many of you who are listening have heard of her already.
She is the author, most recently, of Big Time, A Simple Path to Time Abundance, and several other time management books, including I Know How She Does It and 168 Hours.
She's the host of the Before Breakfast podcast and the co-host with Sarah Hart Unger of the Best of Both Worlds podcast, which I will note, the Mindful Return community that I lead loves, loves, loves, loves that podcast and has for a very long time.
Laura lives just outside of Philadelphia with her husband and her five children, who are now 19, 16, 14, 11, and six.

I mean, you've written multiple books, so no small feat on every single time that one does come out.
