Typically we'd be doing that on zoom, but through the process of booking, we realized, or she realized that she was coming to Perth.

And, you know, when I get to have this bit of time with these incredible guests, I love to know a little bit about behind the scenes, like what led them to be in this position and what they're doing now and their purpose and passion in life.

And like I said, she's a best-selling author, entrepreneur, and a really well-known name in the children recipe books.

But what I love the most is that we got to meet in person and the energy was just so gorgeous and she's got so much to share.

Annabel's journey began with the devastating loss of her child, her beautiful daughter, Natasha, who passed away at only just three months.

And that kind of grief, no parent should ever know and just remarkably would change every cell in your body.

When her son, Nicholas, came along and he proved to be a very fussy eater and And so she poured her heart into making sure that her children would thrive one meal at a time.

And then when you hear the episode, she talks about how everyone was like, oh, this is fantastic.

So her story is, like I said, one of unimaginable loss, like extraordinary resilience and a purpose that grew into this incredible worldwide brand.

And her frozen fresh fruits, which probably contradicts itself, but the factory here in Perth, which is amazing that it's in Perth, they produce fresh food and then it's snap frozen and it's in our supermarket aisles in the frozen section.

So listen to this amazing podcast, not only a little bit about Annabelle and her why and her reasoning, but how she's created what she's created in her food.

And I hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did and love to hear your comments and feedbacks and speak to you next week.
