But anyway, I just wanna start out first, um, every once in a while, I like to share a tip on how to find, um, permissions, how to ask permission, um, that type of thing.

And I'm not sure if any of you are hunters out there, but there is an app called onX Hunt.

And, um, obviously you have to download the app and then set up an account.

And for a monthly fee, um, you pick a state or states, you know, whatever you, whatever you prefer, and by that state, and it'll give you the property line for every single property in that state.

And, um, it outlines it in red, and you can see, and then it, it lists who owns it and the address.

And so you can see, like, if you drive by a farmhouse, um, you can look it up and see who owns it, but you can also see right there, conveniently, the entire shape of their property.

Um, it tells you acreage, um, I think longitude and latitude, a bunch of other things.

But it'll give you the landowner's name.

It does not give a phone number or an email.

Um, but I think this is a great tool.

I think I bought it originally for, for hunting so that I didn't, um, trespass.

So, like, I, I knew where my permission was.

Um, and this way I would know the property lines exactly, um, and not cross them 'cause it does wanna-- it works on location services, so if you are on a p-- you know, if you're-- wherever you are actually, um, whatever property in the state that if you own, um, you know, you have a, a-- if you've purchased the, the rights to, to look at that state, um, you can see where you are standing.

So I have-- I, I don't, um, hunt a lot anymore.

I, I primarily bow hunt and not even haven't done that much lately.

But you can go into this, um, app, and you can actually set waypoints, which is cool, but it's also you can set, um, like so for my tree stands, I was able to use, like, a buck, um, icon.

And so, but anyway, for metal detecting purposes, it's, it's really pretty cool.

And so it can do the same.

It can help you not trespass and let you know when you're out exactly where it's okay to be.

Um, but it gives you all that other information that I told you about.
