Things are really good.
We are, so I'm about two and a half, two and three quarter hours north of Detroit, sort of geographically.
about the same distance uh west of buffalo so uh having a good summer it was cold to start and now it's been really freaking hot well not by florida standards but by our standards you know 85 90 degrees is starting to crank it
