I can't really think of any other way to start than the unfortunate Alex Bregman eye injury, Jason, and the follow up to it as we are doing this show live to kick things off.
Forgive me, because there's a woman who pretty much just takes pictures and stuff of the players and the coaches walking into Wrigley on a daily basis, and she snapped one of Bregman today, and he was giving her the thumbs up, and then you just told me he's taking batting practice already.
This was a situation that, when it unfolded, you didn't exactly necessarily know that Is Bregman going to miss the last week of the regular season? Is he perhaps and potentially going to miss the postseason, which would obviously be like a disaster scenario and we'll work on getting Jason back at the loop here.
I believe I saw Jeff pass and report that there were fractures around the eye for Alex Bregman and Craig Council, as per Jesse Rogers a couple of minutes ago, saying that Bregman's in a good place.

So I was just saying, you know, at the time, you're thinking, man, orbital fractures, And he's pushing surgery out.
But at the time when the report came in, you're thinking, before we knew he was going to push off surgery and try to get back, you're thinking, man, he could miss the last week of the regular season.
The larger point within all of it, and how I wanted to tee off the show too, Jason, is You know, obviously PCA gets a lot of the shine and rightfully so.
