In this episode I review Forbidden Door, Swerve vs Ospreay, was Mercedes winning the Owen necessary, Jay White’s return, Night of Champions and was Oba’s kotr pointless, Bron being buried, Liv vs Iyo…
WWE has found a way.
WWE finds a way to have an amazing Night of Champions.
Y'all know the last episode I came in here, and I was not too happy about Night of Champions.
I was like, ah, you know, it's going to be something, whatever.
I don't really care about it too much.
But they found a way for Night of Champions to be amazing, SmackDown to be fairly good, and then just crap the bed on Monday Night Raw.
Because before I even want to go touch too deeply on everything else that happened at Night of Champions, because there's a few things that I definitely want to rant about, Oba Femi wins King of the Ring.
So we're all expecting, okay, well, Roman Reigns or the new WWE champion, Sami Zayn.
Congratulations to him.
He's talking about how, you know, he's the new ruler, the king, all this stuff and all that.
Who are you going to be picking? And
then...
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
And then I'm thinking, okay, you know what? you know what, they're gonna do worst case scenario.
They're gonna have Oba face redacted, that thing, you know, the guy that broke the Undertaker streak.
He's gonna end up facing him at SummerSlam and then he'll end up facing a champion the next night.
And then it gets announced that it's gonna be Hell in a Cell.
And I'm like, oh, are they gonna do this as a way to be able to protect Oba if he does lose to Roman or Sami? But then it gets worse.
Then it gets
worse because he's going to forego his title shots.
Oh my gosh, man.
