Sydney Property Market 2026: Crash or Buying Opportunity? | My Next Property

So recently we've done a couple of episodes where we've kind of explored what's been going on in Brisbane and Perth, especially post-budget.

Today we're gonna have a bit of a deep dive into Sydney.

Now, Sydney's an interesting, obviously, investment thesis for myself.

Like, if we go back to Brissie and Perth, obviously these markets and cities have had big runs and have performed extremely well.

And so you expect that sort of cool off and so is there the opportunity to sort of really from an investment point of view start buying and doing quite well over the short to medium term? My sort of observation is towards less so, particularly with Brisbane.

There's some opportunity still in Perth, I think.

But in this episode, what I really wanna do is just unpack Sydney and just see where the opportunity is.

You know, many times on this show and on Pizza & Property and other podcasts out there, I talk obviously about a contrarian mindset and looking for opportunity where everyone's kind of running away from it.
