I talk to a lot of clients who are trying to get onto the ladder and buy a house in Sydney at the moment, and obviously prices are expensive now.

You don't need to go and buy in Roseville or Pymble or wherever, you know, we're, we're talking about here in s- in terms of our examples.

But we do have a pretty good opportunity if you do have money and you can get on the ladder.

This is gonna be the time to do it in the next year or so if you did want that house.

The resident writes, "I'm so over the entitlement of people parking like this across my driveway.

Increasingly, this seems to be a problem around the northern suburbs, Pymble, West Pymble, um, some areas of Hornsby.
