Breaking Down What New Ownership Means for the Penguins

So to have this conversation, I am going to be joined by his first time on this show, but we met in Morgantown, West Virginia, actually covering...

The backyard brawl, I believe it was, between Pitt and WVU.

King Jimison, who covers the Penguins for the PG.

And as I told him off the air, he has the best name in Pittsburgh media, really.

Maybe in sports media in general, dare I find somebody with a better name than King.

But happy to have you on, man.

Oh, thanks so much for having me, Mike.

And yeah, that backyard brawl was one crazy day.

That was a good introduction to West Virginia football for me.

For sure.

That was a nice introduction to the craziness of that rivalry, what that rivalry means to the region, and an introduction to a lot.

So... a break in that rivalry unfortunately here over the next several years but at least you got one in before you joined us here in the area but now you're covering the penguins for the pg and you have a lot of work ahead of you not only what you've been working on that we're going to discuss here but of course as i teased the nhl draft and uh maybe we'll have you on sometime next week or so to talk more about what happens in the nhl draft but before we get there Everyone knows this at this point, but I want to dive into it.
