And I got to tell you, I've been scratching my head over this because I don't know what's what and what's not.
As far as this diesel situation, you know, the president declared that, uh, tax break, but what does that mean as far as using it on the roads? And called the state troopers, state patrol out here and outside of Eau Claire, and they really hadn't heard anything on it.
I called the state office, and of course you get, please leave your message, we'll get back to you.
Well, I don't know when they'll get back to us, so if anybody knows somebody that knows something on this, please let us know so we can share it.
But again, what we're talking about, the president... has made that move on diesel.
But quoting from the American Soybean Association, the association expressed appreciation following the signing of that executive order on emergency tax relief on diesel fuel.
Now, the order will allow the temporary use of dyed diesel for on-road transportation with a federal fuel tax deferred at this time.
Now, does a federal ruling oversee state laws? Because you can't use it in Wisconsin on the highways.
If you start using that dye diesel, it takes a while to get that dye out of the tank and get that...
So, again, we're trying to figure this out as far as, you know, combines, tractors, choppers, semis.
