As you know, if you listen to the show, he's one of my personal heroes, and he was the first, uh, guest on this show, and that really gave me so much just good energy and confidence to even begin this journey.

So every, anytime I get an opportunity to connect with Steve, it really means a lot to me.

If you're listening to this, you already know Steve Hayes, but just as a quick overview, overview, uh, Steve is one of the most influential figures in modern psychotherapy.

He is a co-developer of acceptance and commitment therapy, developer of relational frame theory, and doing lots of great work developing process-based therapy now.

He's written over forty-five books and seven hundred scientific publications, and so he's just a rock star in this field.

And in this episode, we talk all things about Reimagining ACT, which is a title he's given some workshops he's done recently as the field is evolving into a more process-oriented one and kinda making a bigger tent in the psychotherapy field.

We kinda talk about some stuff related to that, and yeah, just really interesting conversation, and I love getting to learn from Steve, and I appreciate all of you being here and listening.

I know it's been a while since my last episode and, uh, yeah, life is full, and, uh, I hope you can understand the irregular timing of these.

But hope you're all doing well and appreciate you continuing to show up and listen.
