James FinchHostKyle StichHostI think that's actually a really good transition to start talking about some of the RFAs because there are two things to kind of highlight, especially for some of the top names.
First, as we already said, there's kind of a soft deadline on September 15th if anyone is still interested in doing an eight-year contract.
As you kind of alluded to though, I think every RFA that signed basically after July 1st, so basically after the Leo Carlson offer sheet, has done, I want to say, a five-year or less deal.
I can't think of anyone, Vili Kouvinen being, I think, the only one to do anything.

Um, so we look at the center position, we saw Carlson and Bedard sign Fantilli was kind of part of that upper group.

We could see that value up a little bit into the $12.13 range, maybe, and also on a shorter term.
he he's interesting because we struggled mightily coming up with his contract originally he's he's definitely a tier below carlson bedard
the the comp that we have him closely pinned to is logan cooley with utah basically the exact same contract it I'm very curious how the market shift might affect Fantilli in particular because, again, he doesn't have the production.
He's a very good player, but he hasn't quite taken the step forward that I think you are hoping for if you're Columbus with him being the former third overall pick.
