Welcome to Episode 58!! This week the boys jump straight into discussing poor quality (and high quality) 1980's sitcoms. From Dear John to Bread. Sunday nights of horrors. Talking of horrors, Andy…

So, Andy, Parkrun Parables, because you, this week, so you're talking about this video, but in your video I noted this week, you had basically given everyone a walkthrough of the hotly anticipated New Arrow Valley course, hadn't you? Yeah.

yes indeed and uh it's going to be 10th of october we're going live with it so there's only two more weekends left now so tomorrow and then the weekend after and then we're going live with the new course and essentially it's been reversed so we're going around the opposite way so the moment we go clockwise around the lake now we're going anti-clockwise and to make the distance up because I don't quite understand how this has happened, but for us to start and finish near the amphitheatre, where the briefing actually is, we'd need to add an out-and-back in, which I think we've discussed on other podcasts, but I thought I'd run it on last Sunday and film it so anybody who's interested in going to Arrow Valley in the near future could see what the new course looks like.
Do you think you'll get a big audience there, a big number there on the last Sunday of the old course? Do you think that'll make any difference? It might.

I'm going to say it, and I could always chop it out if I change my mind later.

But the big worry we've got is Halloween is also event number 666 for Arrow Valley.
Yeah.
I'd be tempted to come and I could dress as...
I could either go traditional and dress in full Halloween attire or do what people do these days, which is, in America, you just go as anything, don't you, on Halloween?
Could you imagine if I came as, I don't know, like Bitty and just turned up with loads of milk all around my mouth? Just shouting Bitty at female runners.
How long do you think I've lasted?

Yeah, there's a strong police presence needed at the park these days, so I'll give you ten minutes.
just spoiled it for everybody.
That's kind of dropped off a little bit, hasn't it, Andy?
Okay.
