So the most recent polls I'm seeing, and they align with what you've been warning about.

So it's like everybody's catching up with you.

The most recent Trump approval slipping to 44% just three weeks before the midterm.

Another poll that I saw.

had a lot of people were saying, I think another 43 or 44% of people polled separately were saying they view the midterms as a chance to vote against the president.

So how bad are things now three weeks before the midterm?

I mean, we are in a very predictable spot because a lot of us have been talking for a year, year and a half that we were – this was a winnable midterm.

Let's just be very clear.

There's going to be a lot of cope after the fact.

Oh, the president always loses seats.

But this one was different because this one had a very strong mandate for all the components of his 2024 platform.

People need economic populism.

That's what this guy was selling.

People wanted government reform.

Very winnable.

And he had excellent polling numbers at the beginning of his term.

And then it all went downhill.

Now, like usually when we have two unliked candidates and people are trying to come to terms with what those candidates mean and what they're promising, you'll see the numbers swing all over the place.

And this is Trump.

He's been around for 10 years.

He elicits a lot of very strong feelings.

And so really what's been happening is he's been losing people for a year and a half.

And so this is no surprise.

Now, obviously, some of the pollsters were being cowards.

And then in September, they're like, oh, you know what? The Republicans are going to lose this one big.
