Uh, Damien, Meeting Needs is a, an industry charity or foundation that raises money at meetings and events and gives them to dozens of small charities, um-

... forged our friendship and it's how, where I met my, how I met my wife, who's also a close friend of Shonali's.

Um, but I also noticed you worked with, uh, is it the Heart Foundation? British Heart Foundation?

And has that always been something that, where you've taken on roles where it, it's not just about your personal passion or the paycheck, that, that there needs to be a purpose behind what, what you're doing.

You know, uh, my role, uh, at the moment is to, um, help the meetings industry be as best as it can be in the UK-
