Very, very good race that we're going to have here, especially the two headliners are really exciting.
So one notable dropout that I saw on Instagram, gosh, it's been a few weeks now, is Fiona O'Keefe, top American last year, and fortunate that she won.
I want to talk about the overall race first, but just, uh, just wanted to know any like notable dropouts.
Anyways, kind of moving on to the overall race, the people that could win the women's race.
We have really two top dogs to be looking at here, right? Helena Beery and Safana San are the headliners.
So if Helena Beery or Safana San don't have that really good day, or if neither of them have a good day, there's plenty of contenders behind them that Could sneak in and be really successful.
If you guys remember, the women's race was electric last year, very fast, 2.19.51 course record.
It was a huge, uh, just race from Alano Berry, like very, very fast for the New York city course.
Um, and, uh, Kind of interesting winning New York would make her a three time champion.
