It really was a stunning moment when Trump stood there next to Jeb Bush in 2016 and said that the Iraq war was built on a big fat lie, that Iraq didn't have weapons of mass destruction and the idiotic neocons in Washington have steered America astray.

That was something that millions of Americans connected with and propelled Trump into the political limelight.

But this interview, I just have to say, mistakes in Washington just don't happen for no reason.

The real Occam's razor is that Trump is paying back his biggest campaign donors that have won in a war with Iran for a long time.

People like Bill Ackman and Miriam Adelson and Peter Thiel, people that are diehard Zionists that prioritize this foreign country above American interests.

That's the real Occam's razor.

The Occam's razor is not that Trump just stumbled into this decision from nowhere.

It's that millions of dollars flowed into his campaign coffers and then paybacks are expected.

For this guy to say, well, that was just a silly mistake.

He doesn't listen to anyone.

He doesn't follow foreign policy.

He's made foreign policy one of the key factors.

Features of the entire movement of MAGA was non-interventionism.

Stop getting involved in new Middle Eastern wars.

He paid attention to it a lot in his first term.

He normalized relations to some extent with North Korea in his first term.

That's something that I give him great credit for.

And he got involved in a lot of foreign policy decisions on behalf of Israel in the first term.

Now, there's still open questions about why Trump completely yielded when he didn't give the Israel lobby this war in his first term.

But it's the Occam's razor is that that is what the truth is.

It's not that he just stumbled into the wrong decision.
