You know, you really, you learned along the way and especially I think dealing with technology and you've been, you know, developing apps and such too.
What has been like just a really big leadership learning for you that you've either encountered about how you're led or encountered about like how you lead yourself?

If you go down one path and you realize that path has come with a dead end or what appears to be a dead end, that means you just need to switch your strategy.

And what I do in tech is like what you were mentioning, Axe Geezer was focusing on solving the problem with our teams and the necessary skills that they're going to need in today's environment.

And then what I'm tackling with women is making sure that we have a level playing field.

know because at this day and age in 2026 we're leaving corporate america in droves we're leaving because either we're forced out um you know through layoffs or or technical advances or we're leaving because we have family obligations Or that the companies that we work for are no longer flexible considering our multitask that we have.

So it makes it imperative for you to be able to have multiple streams of income or a stream of income if you don't have one.

And what I found was lacking in the marketplace itself is with traditional social media platforms, it's very algorithm driven or very viral content, which leads you to either have to be unethical or sacrifice some type of moral obligation.

I wanted to build a platform where you don't have to do If you are a business person, a fitness guru, a content creator, a podcaster, whatever it is that you do, you're able to create a profile for yourself and improve.

And eventually monetize it if that's what you want to do or just engage in the community or find those sisters or those supportive people to back you in whatever the venture is.

Or if you need encouragement to start a venture, you're going to be inspired.
