And to that, I mean, it's, you know, the human, the people that you serve as customers, but also I imagine culturally, right, that internally it's the same concept and methodology, right? So what have you done as you, as you have grown and innovated and, you know, you've gone into these different ventures and how do you maintain a culture that is able to respond to that rapid change and, you know, and stay, still stay aligned enough to execute?

To keep culture and everything aligned, I'll tell you what I did wrong in the beginning and I'm making up for it.

In the beginning, trying to do everything yourself and creating a bottleneck within your organization, finding A players.

You know, I know that it's kind of been worn out, but finding those key people and knowing, I think, brutal transparency with itself and knowing that.

I think my skill is I can see where I can create value and I can see a path to get there.

I found out, but I'll, uh, uh, maybe I'll say that for, if we have time, uh, but I just act.

And so I'm that impulsivity you get with ADD is I act, I start things, uh, Having people that understand and have the patience to communicate with someone that isn't great at communicating on a consistent basis, finding them and really providing not only a way where your success means their success long-term and their family goals will also be accomplished, but also getting people that have the same sort of values and and work ethic that you do, I think is super hard to find right now.

And, and there's so much trust that you have to give to really allow people to run operations and execute.

I think finding those players was key in getting us over, you know, going from, you know, five, six, $7 million or combined organization to, uh, you know, what we are today.

And then what I've implemented somewhere to you've enlisted coaches and things like that.
