Well, so many years ago, when I would have a very— Um, very limited bio, you know, it's like Jeff little pastor, you know, I've primarily been a local church pastor.

And when they would, when they would say, you know, you know, put in there, you're, you're married, your family, your church.

And so I sort of summed up that idea because I was thinking like, what really motivates me? What really drives me? And it's like, I want to help.

you know, what do I do most days? It's like, I'm trying to help other people win.

It's like kind of being a pastor at its very basic level is taking a whole group of people somewhere where they don't want to go.

No good golfer wants to – like what I want to do is go play today with a bunch of people that are hacks and are going to lose a box full of balls and shoot 125.

Like you don't want to – musicians want to play with people that are good and that whatever level they're at.

And you actually really are always inspired to be like, I want to be with somebody who's winning at a step ahead of me, that have conquered some of the things I've faced.

today can everybody win yeah you know what what is winning um you know should everybody get a trophy you know just like let's just give
everybody a trophy and play like we
want you love to give out trophies like that yeah

that's one of my strengths uh i hate i hate to flattery when people are like you know that was amazing and you're like no it really wasn't that was
actually pretty bad You actually coached my little league football team, and I think you treated it like a college team.
I mean, you'd have us out there hitting salt tablets, water hose, down there doing drills three hours.
