And I mean, you've heard me say half of them, but I have a YouTube playlist because free advice was all the advice I could afford [laughs] for a long time.

And so I think because I did not have the pattern of just intrinsic positive self-talk, and I was in my car so much during that time, that I just... thankfully, the algorithm served me.

It's just white-knuckling my wheel and singing every single lyric of that song.

And then I discovered, um, Lisa Nichols, who is a motivational speaker and accountant who had to overcome some financial struggles herself.

Um, and she, she had this memory of not being able to afford diapers for her baby and telling him, "Your mother will never be this broke or broken again." Uh, there is a famous Will Smith quote, as silly as that sounds, of, "You will not outwork me." So it was finding just motivation of, again, I say it jokingly, but people who have just been through things and are just too mean to kill and too stubborn.

And so I think if I had leaned into poor pitiful me, sad songs, I probably would've just laid down and died.

And I don't know where I heard it, but my mantra in my own mind was just, "You cannot lay down and die."

And so my husband now, who is my best friend and, and fabulous, um, he's ...
