In terms of the papers this week, I went into Eason's, Maurice, towards the end of the week, and all the Kerry papers were sold out.

And I wish that applies to as much, and I'll be as critical of my own output this week as I would be at everybody else.

I think there's... just constraints and maybe it's a conversation for another day a very trite point about where we're at as an industry so I don't think it's been an extraordinary build up unfortunately there's a great line about on Ireland Finals inviting something special and I'm not asking for 97 Dennis Washington that fabulous piece with the three Clare boys and you know that was the morning of Ireland Finals but I think even in more recent times, in 2019, Keith Duggan wrote a sensational piece, The Gilded Kingdom, about the history of Cary football.

And that's, I mean, that belongs in the collection of our sports journals and that particular piece.

I don't know if you remember the three Jubilee teams were coming out together that year because of what happened with COVID.

and Ciarán Shannon spoke to the members of all three teams in the examiner at the time and just it was a gorgeous piece interweaving the idea of how they felt to come out and go back by themselves and during COVID and wanting their teammates to be there with them and how they viewed the modern game all that kind of stuff so I I say all that in that there was I thought there was a great opportunity here but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to fully realise it for a bunch of different reasons but what the Kerry's Eye did is what you're supposed to do in terms of putting a huge amount of effort into it and also going and talking to people and they just married it both brilliantly so the three things I thought to me from it is like Sylvester Hennessey who would have been a sedition actually with Kerry which with Jack actually in particular has done some phenomenal work in terms of the minutes played by top you know Kerry's players but he wrote a great piece about Sean O'Shea and do you know this guy's a minor and who was top in breaking ball charts who was top in assists who was top in tackle counts it was Sean O'Shea and probably not a surprise to us right now I just thought it was a great piece and he spoke to Mike Quirk about it and then Dormier Hertig went to Dingle and now you've you're looking for a third dingle a larder winning captain and he made it told a story about in pottie o'shea's pulp he literally built a little pulpit there that this is where sam o'guire was going to go if they if they could bring it back um and you can go back even before that when you know back in the in the 30s and sam o'guire has been put on windowsills with the meat inside in it so that the local bangles aren't coming to back in time with pretty fridges so i thought that stuff is that's the stuff I love, Paul.

Like, this was a, a week like this to me is, you know, there's a certain amount of churn that has to happen, but that kind of going and talking to people and going to Dingle for a story like that is, to my mind, it's what, that's stuff that's on the test of time.

If you see Paul Gainey with the Cup tonight, is that a story that's going to be in the back of your head? I think it is.

So, I would have loved to have seen, from all of us, but I'm as good as anybody, a bit more of that this week.

What, what restrictions are you talking about or what, what's, I know you might want to get into it on this morning, but give me an idea that you guess that's a fair statement.
