But then when I asked you about who they are as well, One of the things that really stood out for me, David, was you said, yeah, there might be special occasions.

And it's like, OK, we want an elevated wine experience to match all the other elevated parts of our stay, our experience.

But it was really interesting to me, though, when you put this quote in here, when you said about, you know us now, get us something nice that you think we will love as a sort of, you know, that's a sort of thing.

so that more came from when my own restaurant, when we had an open, and it did transfer to our previous position, but it was where people, it was the joy of returning guests.

People who came back two, three times, as I'd said before, you know, you learn their price point.

And then it was when they came back for that really special event, whether it was an anniversary, stereotypically, and that was where they would say, look, you know, we've talked so much over the three, four visits we've had previously.

But then, you know, as some of these do, they can read between the lines on those things.

And you're not going to come back with somebody that would normally spend £30 to £40.
