And we're kind of like drip feeding data centers, you know, Next DC and AirTrunk over time and stuff.

But the front page news over the past week and past month has been Firmus, an IPO hopeful, hyped by AI, hyped by NVIDIA.

$44 billion IPO target.

And in over five days, that went from a potential blockbuster IPO to a pancake.

You know, in 2024, they were worth $1.2 billion.

Well, that was the value that they raised money off.

They were aiming for what would have been, I think, the biggest, if not the second biggest IPO in Australia seen.

But no more.

Today, they announced they're off trying to raise $4.3 billion in cash to keep them going.

Airtrunk, which was a very large data centre.

Robin Cooter was the founder of Blackstone, backed now.

Wanted to IPO a property trust up in Singapore.

They've put that on ice due to market volatility.

There's been a lot of IPOs we've spoken about here that have been put on ice, whether it's Canva pushed out, whatever, because of market volatility.

There's another one with Airtrunk.

Macquarie Capital will be partnering with Singapore's Zira DC to put data centre up in Singapore.
