So before, I would say that everybody should have, even in primary school, we should have some classes or, I don't know, courses, which allowed us to communicate better, to understand what we need, to express our needs better.

And I'm happy to see that younger generations are more open to this, that they are teaching even out of time leaders or parents, right? That, hey, I'm human.

And others, they are stepping, stopping themselves and saying like, okay, now it's time for me.

Yeah, I never realized that self-awareness was a learned skill because I think you go through much of your life being self-centered.

Even as leaders, you often think about what I've got to worry about, what the pressures are on me.

You're just there to, you know, and it's not until you really truly understand self.

Something what I'm really seeing, it's that in some cultures, some people are very self-centric.

So, of course, me and what I want, and this is more in hierarchical societies.

But then as well, it's other part, which people start focusing a lot on others.

So then as leaders, they are overwhelmed because they are taking care of people.

And then it depends on what kind of parent you are, right? If you are allowing them to make mistakes or you are controlling things.

So I would say that this depends nowadays on what I'm recognizing as a pattern.
