Halloween, here's the thing, I forgot to do something this year that I super wanted to do and I'm in a position now to finally do it and I forgot.

Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday because people will figure out okay what part of the weekend do I want to be the most hungover on and go out the night before that right and so for some people it's I'm going to a house party on Saturday for Halloween itself but I'm going to go out to the bar with my other friends who aren't going to that party on Thursday or Friday Or you get people who have a schedule where they have to work Saturday, right? Or they work late Friday, so they're not going out Saturday, and they go out Sunday, right? Like, it's four days.

Restaurants will make all their money in the four days around a Halloween over a weekend.

treat right and they did that last year and apparently they ran out so fast that they got twice as many this year they moved 60 pounds of potatoes which is if you're getting us you know it's they're they're roughly eight ounces a piece i mean you're talking 120 raw potatoes they gave out to neighborhood children in their area I keep saying every year that I'm going to, like, do a chili bar or I'm going to do hot cider or something like that.

Like, I go to Costco and I get the bag of crappy candies, right? Like, all the sugar ones that are terrible.

And a bag of chocolate candies, which are, as far as I'm concerned, like, they're not premier confectionery stuff, but they're definitely better than, like, Uh, not even gold bears.

And then those are the ones that, oops, we have too many in there in the house now.

Yeah, well, I think the first year we maybe got a bag of candy, and because there were so few people, the next year we were like, let's just get some full-size candy bars, and then we'll reward the very few people that end up showing up on our street, and then it just kind of fizzled.

I think COVID had a little something to do with it, and then also it's just a short street, so I don't know if potatoes would bring them in or not.

My next door neighbor, the one that we talked exhaustively about because I thought they were flippers and we actually had some of their construction noise on this show.
