Does Texas A&M Have a CHANCE at LSU?

And based on what I'm hearing on the street, a lot of other people think that Georgia's gonna dog walk Oklahoma.

Oklahoma, people are really down on them.

This college football season's been unpredictable.

So does that create a lane to take a look at Oklahoma maybe covering the spread? It's 14 points.

Oklahoma's at Sanford Stadium.

These programs haven't played each other damn near at all.

Last time they met was in the Rose Bowl.

Was it...

Sony Michel was there, and Sony Michel's around my age.

So was it s- 2016 or 2017 in that Rose Bowl last time Georgia played Oklahoma? Georgia fans will know which game I'm talking about.

But people are down on Oklahoma.

People are down on John Mateer.

John Mateer had an absolute PR disaster when he told the media that he made a throw because the crowd saw the receiver come open.

People are making fun of John Mateer for that, but Brock Purdy, quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers, said that at least in the NFL, you can't see 40% of your throws, drop backs.

And he said that is regardless of height, 'cause obviously Brock Purdy's not the tallest quarterback.

40% of throw...

Brock Purdy said 40% of throws made by NFL quarterbacks, they cannot see.

They gotta rely on the timing.

They gotta understand where the defense is at on a schematic level, and then they have to know where the receiver's gonna be.

There's gotta be a high level of trust.

So people are making fun of John Mateer, saying that he outed himself in that press conference.

The guy was being honest.

I'd bet a majority...

Not a majority, but I bet that in college football there's a lot of plays where quarterbacks can't see, no matter how in tune you are, no matter what your size is.

So John Mateer caught some heat for that.
