I think actually the chat that Paddy, myself and John will have will probably be more interesting than my presentation because we've so much to cover.

I think Longevity Health Plan is such a huge topic but going through just in general longevity it's a term that's become very hot it's the sexy new word um and i think we're flooded you know in social media and everything else about longevity and what we should do for our longevity and just great you know drilling down a little bit on what it is um and what we can do and when it comes to our own longevity So I suppose to begin with, we are now living longer than any generation in history.

The problem is that most of us aren't living any better than generations gone by when we look at things.

So over the next 20, 30 minutes, I want to go through the science that shows how we really age and what genuinely moves the needle on what we're doing and how we're living.

And a little bit of insights into the last six years of myself and Nikki's research into this space and how we can improve things.

So I think for most of modern medicine, we've been asking the same question for years and years, decades.

How long can we live? And it's the question that drove so many of our advances in medicine, the antibiotic revolution, surgical revolution, vaccines.

But really, the more we talk about this area, you know, we used to talk about lifespan.

And really, I think the question that we're asking over the next 50 years or even less is different.

It's how well we're living and how well we're living at each decade of our life.

And I think what Paddy and John are going to talk about and where they've really changed their patients' or clients' lives is how people are living better.

And what you're doing in every decade really improves the decades ahead of you.

And that's really the paradox, I think, that's at the center of the way we're practicing medicine today.
