What if the way you run your business could create opportunities for conversations that go far beyond business? In this episode, Tom Carter speaks with **Scott Beebe, founder and head coach of…
Scott BeebeGuestTom CarterHostWell, um, you've already said kind of who, uh, you reach out to, you know, any kind of business or contractors.
When someone comes to you and they say, "I need to get a hold of things," uh, what are some of the steps that you help them do, and how does that, uh, work with infusing biblical principles and letting them use that business more of a discipleship while prospering in the business as well?

So, uh, when we break down, let me go back to the four Ps, which either, uh, are four foundational cornerstones or the four Ps can equally be the four pains for a business, uh, when they're not being followed.

And so if we look at all four Ps, we can actually go back into God's Word and go, hey, we, we can find every single one of these there.

If we look at the people element of things, good grief, the whole, the whole narrative revolves around people and the structure of people.

I particularly like when we get into business, if you start to look back, uh, at how God breaks down the tribes, and he breaks down within the tribes.

He's a blue collar craft- craftsman, and, uh, he, he was, he was, uh, given the spirit of artistic design, of creativity, and of teaching.

I thought it was very interesting to put that in there, that, that they did not leave that out, that the idea of teaching was in there.

And so when you look at people, God has done a very, very remarkable, specific job of breaking things down.

Take the instructions of the temple and break those things down into, into bit by bit and specs that go out.

So we look at a business and go, hey, in the same care that God took in giving us vision, go back to Habakkuk, "Write the vision down so that those who read it may run." Go back to the Proverbs where it says, "Where there's no vision, people scatter." Um, we even say it like this, where there are multiple visions, people scatter.

That's why partnerships are so challenging, is because if the partnerships don't come together in some unification, then now we've got multiple visions, and that leads to division.
