So I have a saying, I will only get involved if it's going to be world-class and world-changing.

So if you think about those two statements, to be world-class at something means you need to be better than everyone else.

And so the only way you can think about things differently really is by taking time, being bored, walking without your phone or surfing or letting your mind wander because the only way you can find the future is by making sure that you've got that.

Managing your imbalance, right? So once you can manage your imbalance, then I think the heart and the mind need to be synchronized.

You manage your imbalance, you know, because if I was balanced, I'd have four hours with my family, four hours working, four hours surfing, three or four hours doing fitness.

And when you actually work on understanding – and I've been totally imbalanced, by the way.

So once you work out, okay, how am I going to – deal with my ambitions like you've spoken about, make sure that I'm looking after myself, my family, the people I care about.

How do you do that? So for me, it's about managing your imbalance because I've never been balanced in my life because you can't be to be successful.

Is that balance? No, right? So it's how you manage your imbalance to make sure that you are giving the right amount of time at the right time to the things that matter.

Like how, how has that been? One of the things that I noticed is that highly successful people have a measure of obsessiveness.

Talk to me about how you manage, how you, how you struggle with, with balancing that obsessiveness with the need to show up for your family.
