Welcome to Horror Movie Club, a show where two dudes who are not quite nerds, but not quite noobs, choose a horror movie each week to rate and review.

I'm Brian.

I'm on the phone with Ashwin, and today we're doing something different.

We're just kind of flying by the seat of our pants and doing something a little bit loosey-goosey.

Uh, with summer coming, well, summer's basically here.

I feel like after Memorial Day, you think of it as summer.

We just want some more time back to be outside, be with our families, and you know how the plans come in May and June, and suddenly everything is so busy, and harder for us to find time to watch movies and do all the work.

So we thought we'd dial it back a little bit, and once a month this summer maybe just have some sort of alternate episode that takes a little less work on our part but is hopefully still entertaining for all of you.
