And, and do you find, uh, w-with the benefit of that experience that we're all, uh, fundamentally different y-- culturally across the world or, or do you find any similarities in, in the way that, uh, that, that we think as humanity about money and about life?

Uh, for example, when I jumped on the, the metro in China, 95% of the people were sitting down looking at their phones scrolling on TikTok.

And, uh, that's the same as you will see in America, South Africa or, or the UK, right? Uh, very similar in that regard.

I even spoke to a, a couple of 30-year-olds who had lived in America for five years and, and lived in Europe for five years and, and both of them separately had decided to come back to China.

And I asked them, I said, "Why?" And they said, "Well, I've got a good life here.

Besides that, everything else in my life is actually better." And that for me, having those types of conversations and, and understanding their view on the world and, and again, for them it's about earning a decent salary, living in a decent house, and having a, having a decent life.

I mean, I always think, uh, you, you know, people like me who plan, uh, you know, plan my life to, to almost the minute, uh, to, to, to do what you did, uh, re-requires a, a me-measure of bravery.

But I, I do know you s- you did say you had one or two adventures in-including getting mugged, and it, and it wasn't in Africa, it wasn't in, in Johannesburg.

And, uh, we were walking down the street and all of a sudden two guys jumped out of the bush, one in front, one behind, grabbed me, pulled out a knife, and started to demand my wallet and cell phone, and I told them just to relax.

[chuckles] Like, "Let's take it easy here, guys." Anyway, the police came around the corner at the time and, um- Ended up chasing the guys and then caught one of them, fortunately, and then we had to go to the police station and write a report, and I only ended up getting home at about 9:00 AM.

So that was a, that was a good, good night with, uh, in the end, I can, I can laugh about it.

It could have been horrible, but now you've got a, a, a partner out of that experience.
