Episode #117 - Tim & Josh

We're getting ready for when this comes out on Friday, we will be neck deep in the River Folk Fest at Calvert City Memorial Park in Calvert City, Kentucky.

That's this coming weekend, October 2nd and 3rd.

Friday night is South Union Bluegrass Band is going to play.

And then, well, actually we're having like a jam session on the stage, like an open jam, because it's normally the bluegrass night at the Kentucky Opry for the which has been the Jackson Purchase Friends of Bluegrass for many, many, many years.

And now they're recently going to change the name, I believe, to Kentucky Lake Bluegrass Association.

And so I think they're kind of officially starting to kick that off.

So anyway, they would normally be having their bluegrass night for that.

And then so they're all going to come to us and jam on the stage and help support our buddy Larry Hill and the South Union Bluegrass Band.

Yeah.

yeah well larry is now uh vice president yeah of the kentucky lake bluegrass

association i talked to him yesterday and that's what he was he was telling me so but uh they're excited about coming to play and and then um then saturday we got a great lineup man um you and don been practicing

No.

No. That's what I figured.

But don't worry.

No, we actually have.

We've been practicing a lot.

We've just not been together when we've been doing it.

Practicing in your minds.

That's right, yeah.

But we do.

We've got the show all ready to go.

So I'm actually pretty excited about it.

Yeah, that'll be fun, man.

It's going to be a great day on Saturday.

This is a great fall festival that Calvary City's done recently.
