Yeah, I think there's a lot of hype around contraception being a bad thing, and what people don't realize is when contraception doesn't happen or an unwanted pregnancy happens, dealing with that, the consequences can be a lot worse
There are so many different options out there, and having that conversation is really important
And I think it's not always just contraception, right? Like I do a lot of this as well.
It is preventing an unplanned pregnancy, but also it might be other stuff, and that might weigh up, like change what you consider off the platter of options
So menstrual management or dealing with pain or putting up with something like mood changes that you may not necessarily need to deal with
Let's start with the one that gets bum, bum, bum, demonized the most, I think, the pill.
It's got estrogen and progesterone, so it's got two hormones in it, and most people know what the pill is or might have even taken it at some point in their life.
