Grizzlies Schedule Breakdown

Now, to our starting five, where we'll begin the show this week, the top five storylines surrounding the Memphis Grizzlies.

As I said, we got the regular season schedule, what, last Thursday, and there's plenty to dissect.

DeMichael, you're going to lead us off here.

What game are you looking most forward to on the Grizzlies schedule?

Well, look, there's no reason for me to think too hard about this.

It's February 6th.

It's when Ja Morant comes back to Memphis and takes on his former team.

Before the schedule came out, one of those things that I wanted to see was that game happen before Ja gets a chance to play against the Grizzlies.

But I think we'll be talking about it a little bit later in the show.

But...

It's the second matchup, but it's fine.

It's going to be the return to Memphis.

The crowd, you know, we know how the fans feel about Ja Morant and what he meant to the organization over those years.

I'm sure that's probably going to be one of the more electric games of the season.

People are going to be there.

I'm looking forward to seeing how that one plays out.

They made a weekend out of it, didn't they? With the Saturday and Monday NBA really doubling down on Ja coming back to Memphis.

What game are you most looking forward to on the Grizzlies schedule?

Well, I actually had two dates on there.

It was February 6th when he comes here.

But the opener, the first game of the two games that they're going to play, are they going to play two or three?

Three.

Three, two here, one on the road.

Yeah, well, that first game on the 29th, October 29th, when the Grizzlies go out to Portland and play.
