For the last 10 years, we've interviewed hundreds of beauty professionals to learn about how they've created the business and the life that they've always dreamed of.

So for the last 10 years, our goal and our main focus has been on the business side and how to help you run and operate a better beauty business so you can create the life and the business that you've always dreamed of.
We'll go behind the curtains and learn from professionals who have taken their business to the next level, and learn how they were able to achieve that literally going step by step, talking about the lowest points, the hard points, and also the easy wins, the things that they were able to do to help grow their business.
