We blame the lack of time as the reason for relying more heavily on processed, convenient foods.

Today, I'm going to speak with Jamie Olson, who will share her experience of raising three neurodivergent, sensitive kids and the difference diet and lifestyle makes.

Jamie is a single parent of three neurodivergent kids, including a 13 year old son who has autism and epilepsy.

She's also a franchise owner and publisher of Uniquely You magazine for the special needs community and is currently working to establish the Unique Needs Alliance, a community-focused organization designed to connect families, share resources, and provide support to those navigating life with special needs children.

And I met Jamie through her participation in Triada World's Pearl Study, which I discussed in previous episodes.

And Jamie is a testament to busy parents out there that cooking healthier for your kids is possible, even when you are running a very busy life.
