Thank you for being authentic with your story and kind of I would imagine, you know, even with all the coaching you do, it's still it can be hard to tell, you know, but it's so freeing for another mom to hear you be honest and to know like, oh, OK, another mom has dealt with this.

And I did not have wording for it in that time because I had never felt that big of an emotion before.

So listening to you talk immediately put me back into my stage with him going, oh, my goodness, I had rage.

And I didn't even know what to call it when I was at that point in my parenting.
And I will give you a really interesting like example or the way I explain the way that our brain works.
We have our thinking brain right here, right? Like, and I call it the green zone.
We can, this is you and I right now, we're in this part of the brain.
And then when something doesn't go our way, when things are not, the day doesn't go our way, kids are doing something we don't like, we shift to the emotional part of the brain, which is like right there in the middle.
