Evan KamikowGuestI have Georgia winning that game and getting that bye in the college football playoff, but I do think that OU is going to be a college football playoff team.
First of all, the offensive line, assuming health, Still a big question mark right now with guys like Michael and Bojay's health being up in the air, but assuming that those guys are healthy, you would think that Fasusi and Bojay and Pierre-Louis and Amarion Harris coming in, being kind of an experienced guy to come in, even though he doesn't have the chemistry working on the same offensive line as the other guys, he's an experienced guy, big body in there that should certainly help the offensive line.
So he has all the knowledge in the world, and you bring in three really talented tight ends.
We haven't seen them play in real games yet, but from everything you hear, you hear that Hayden Hansen, big body, better blocker, should really help in the run game.
Rocky Beers should really be a key weapon for John Mateer in the pass game, and you're going to see a lot of Jack Van Dorsler too.
And in crucial situations last season, OU was not able to get a couple yards here or there.
I want to see OU run it down UTEP's throat this week, but I really want to see them just establish a run game all season long, and that should open up some things for John Mateer in the passing game and open up some passes down the field to a guy like Satania, who might be the fastest wide receiver in the country.
