Two Nintendo Direct Games I LOVED to see Ep.38

Nintendo announced the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time remake.

And they announced it all the way back in June.

And I didn't really say much of it because all they did was they showed a very brief video.

All of 15-20 seconds of Link sleeping.

And there was much...

There was much consternation online of people saying, oh, that art looks weird.

Well, they had a Nintendo Direct where they showed half an hour of just gameplay and things that you could do in the game.

And I watched that.

I watched it live.

And I got to say...

There's a lot of people having a lot of thoughts about how the art looks in the game.

And I'm not here to go into a deep dive conversation about that because I don't think that is...

There's so many people talking about that, that becomes like a very uninteresting conversation for me to kind of have.

The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time remake actually mean in 2026 because it is coming out in 2026.

It's coming out in less than two months.

It's coming out November of 2026.

And if you're watching the video version of this, you're watching video footage of the gameplay reveal trailer right now.

And that's what I was interested in.

What will this game play like? And the first time I watched it, I thought, eh, this looks like the most Unreal 5 video game ever made.

And then I saw a review for Marvel's Wolverine, which just recently came out.

by Insomniac, and never mind, that is the most Unreal 5 game ever

made.

That's a joke, but it's also not.

I have watched the trailer, I've watched the gameplay footage, I've watched the reveal footage of it several times, and I gotta say, it's absolutely grown on me.

The way the game looks, the way the game plays, the way it looks like it's going to feel, All of that's like, okay, yeah, I didn't know what to think about it at first, but yeah, this is clicking with me.
