When it comes to the physical death part, that's something a lot of people have problems with.

I talk about mortality too later in the book.

You haven't gotten to it yet.

And once you come to grips with the fact that you're going to die, Like this, it's an absolute for every single person that's listening, that's going to listen or has listened to this and everything else.

And you make peace with that.

It could be in a religious way.

It could be in spiritual way, whatever it is.

If you make peace that one day, it could be five minutes from now.

It could be 50 years from now.

Who knows? Because we don't know.

And it depends on so many factors.

Once you make that piece and it goes back to, we talked about offline when my wife, this is in the book too.

My wife found me unconscious in the bathroom, right? Cause it's, I had potentially a heart related episode.

Doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me, but I know what it was.

It was the stress and emotions that almost killed me.

And after that, it's, I already played that game.

And I wasn't going to go back to that place.

And it's like now it's like borrowed time because I could have been gone then.

It could have been over for John then.

Right.

I survived it.

And I'm not going to let it happen again.

But now it's easier for me to not be afraid of these things because it took that extreme event for me.

But you can come to that epiphany without having a mild heart attack.
