It's only Wednesday, but I've already done how many? Three or four, like, training workshops this week, and then I have another one right after this.
In fact, I yesterday did something that was really rare for me, which is actually a hands-on, a two-hour kinda hands-on demo to a group called Faith and Fundraising from Association of Christian Fundraisers, and it was awesome.
Like, I usually don't do it because I usually speak on, you know, the bigger picture and, like-
But I had done that with this group a week ago for two hours, and then yesterday for two hours spent time.
So I think the conversation today, or part of the conversation today is around agency and what separates those that do and don't.
It's interesting 'cause I think you and I were talking about this a, a few minutes ago, is that we've been doing this for so long.
And I think after sessions, like, the people that I hear from are those that maybe more recently jumped into it, right? Or, like, recently had a breakthrough and are like, "Oh my gosh, I can't stop thinking about it." And I think those that have maybe are a little bit more apprehensive, they probably shy away from the conversation, right? And so if, you know, you're talking two hundred people at a conference, at a session, and then you only have three conversations after, that's a lot of people that are varying degrees of apprehension.
