Well, talk to me about, I know that the bill that just passed was essentially a clean bill.

There were parts that got left out.

So next we are working on telehealth.

telehealth shield because they didn't uh there was not there did not seem to be an appetite in the legislature to take both of those on at the same time

and fair but doesn't let me ask you this doesn't the shield law cover telehealth as long as it is within the state of new jersey as long as the practitioner and the patient are both within the state when the meeting takes place am i right about that

right and this would this would cover i believe hold on Let me get my handy dandy legislative tracker out here.

Because with GPS, that allows us to know where someone is when we're treating them.

You know, and I'm familiar with that when I was doing telehealth, you know, back when I had a job.

And we knew that the person I was working with also had, you know, also was within the state while we were having the phone call.

So we kind of have that backup of, yes, they are.

Because I had no out-of-state privilege.

So we have one here that expressly allows healthcare professionals outside of the state of New Jersey to provide services using telemedicine and telehealth patients in New Jersey.

That's one.
