How do you view that one then, I suppose, James? Is it one point gained or is it two points lost?

And just going over the years, taking a leaf out of a very famous or infamous Fulham character, Mr. Scott Parker, a leaf out of his book, Football is a game of fine margins, and throughout the years, those fine margins have defined results where we've lost the points entirely.

And, you know, this time around, those 26 shots all margined outside of the goal, hitting the post and, you know, bouncing back into play instead of in.

Fingertip saves by Bernd Leno all kept us in the game, and I'll take the point.

I don't know about you, but I thought the United goal felt pretty inevitable, despite us being the better side, I thought.
Yeah, it definitely did feel fairly inevitable just because it happens so often, doesn't it? I feel like I've seen a variant of that last 10, 15 minutes against Man United so many times.
I think a couple of people around me, Stuart of this podcast, were saying, well, it's good that we got our equaliser in early when we went 1-0 up because I don't think anybody really thought we were going to see it through for a clean sheet.
The closer you get to it, the more you think, oh, maybe we will just get it over the edge.
Even though all of history, all of our experience in that fixture is that that exact thing was about to happen.
And let's be honest, like the traffic on the pitch was suggesting it was going that way as well.
You start to believe and it's the hope that gets you.
And I think that's why a lot of people left the ground feeling pretty gutted.
Whereas actually, if you told me before the game, you could have a point here.
I probably would have been quite happy with that.

Yeah, I mean, I certainly think Marco Silva's tenure is definitely one of the results we sort of failed to get.

Obviously, we beat them away in the last minute, so that probably more than makes up for it.

But yeah, United at home was one of the ones, you know, I remember winning twice under Hodgson in successive years what back in 2000 and i think twice in 2009 even 0809 season and 0910 but james we had garnacho the first year back in the prem it was fernandez a year after and we had lisandro martinez the world's smallest butcher scoring a winner in our third season and then yesterday it was um it was kunya's turn to add to the add to the misery uh why is it why is it always then against us

I don't know what it is and why those last five minutes are just absolutely disastrous against Manchester United.
