Um, I mean, that win for Crystal Palace last week one was absolutely huge.

I don't think Liverpool had a good second half.

So I think they can take small bits out of those games, but look, Gary O'Neil was brought in to keep them in the division, and Gary O'Neil is smart enough to know that it's not Liverpool and United that keep you in the division.

It's Sunderland, it's Crystal Palace, it's gonna be Coventry, and Hull, and Leeds, and Fulham, and, and it's gonna be those type of clubs.

They're where he needs to be getting his points.

And it is Coventry at the top.

Then we've got Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Arsenal.

Chelsea there are in fifth, and I think this is the last time I'll mention Chelsea, Luke, but you've said already, and I, I'm seeing a few people in the community saying, "Yeah, but it's just one game for Chelsea." Like why are you jumping on this Chelsea team when it's only one game? But with Brentford away, Bournemouth at home, Everton away, Spurs at home, I don't, I don't think those fixtures are that bad, and the fixture ticker agrees.

They're fifth.

The concern for Deserby is obvious, and probably explains why he's already made eight changes to his starting 11 across the first three games of the season.

He'll need to get his selection spot on for Saturday, particularly in defense, given that Everton have forced more high turnovers, 28, in the current campaign than every club bar Crystal Palace and Brighton.

With Jack Grealish back in the groove in terms of his form, if he's given time on the ball, his influence could well shape the pattern of this game.

So, Crystal Palace, one of the newly promoted teams to the WSL, they've got promoted from WSL2, they beat Everton.

Yes.

Which was a huge achievement.

Aston Villa seems to be peaceful between the parties, but, you know, a couple of billionaires butting heads often causes problems.

Crystal Palace has a very complicated ownership structure as well, which is, I would suggest, holding them back.

And so, yeah, like anything that cleans up that is probably good.

And there's a moratorium, right? So the parties, the individuals can sell their shares to anyone but Clear Lake for 10 years or something like that from the point of purchase.

And so they've done, like, I actually think they've done a tremendous job of refinancing all their debt so it's not overly onerous, restructuring the wage bill so that it is manageable.

And, look, my sense is the fact that they are now revealed to be on the market, my sense is that the transfer window is a reflection of that, right? Yeah.

You've also seen a similar thing go on at Crystal Palace.

So I think it was before the summer there was talk that they had appointed Rain Group to explore their options, very much from the Glazer playbook.

And he leaves the back line incredibly exposed and that doesn't play to all our individual defender strengths as well, which is tough to take.

And like last week against Palace is a great example.

We lost that game 3-2, even though we should have won it, but...

We conceded three goals from right backs.

And we only have ourselves to blame in that scenario as well.

Like we should have won it on the balance of play.

But no Fulham fan could come at that game and say that Palace didn't deserve because of how Shambhala defending was to get something.

Yeah, because I mean, I've obviously not seen loads of Fulham, but I have seen bits on match of the day and stuff.

And there's a couple of stories knocking around that Ken and I wanted to discuss.

I'm really interested in the story about the ultras at Crystal Palace who have disbanded after 20-odd years of excellent work to really improve the atmosphere at Selhurst Park.

But what does that say about the state of English football? where essentially a group of fans who get together to really enhance the atmosphere and wave flags and beat drums and all of that feel that the game has become such a crushing middle-class affair and they're not allowed to do anything these days.

So they've just said there's no point, we'll just knock on the head.

I think Ipswich will, will probably be on the edge of a cove as well.

And, and from what we've seen so far, Fulham and Cry- Crystal Palace-

Maybe that's the one that, that Spurs get the win.
